Are you using a lot of caffeine, or using caffeine inconsistently? Are there any drugs you take which may be affecting your body? What is the quality of your sleep? How well are you eating, are you getting a wide enough variety of nutrition? When you say you feel tired, is it a lack of energy or a strain in your eyes? How much screen time do you have each day, and when you look at screens are you feeling stressed? Maybe you get the idea. There's a lot of questions that can be asked, some which you need to have experience to even think of. But try writing a bunch down and then answering them all and see if you can start narrowing things down. Or see a doctor who may have a more accurate list of probing questions to try to figure out the problem. The goal is to try to isolate the problem to a few factors and then see what you need to do to improve on those factors. If you find you are not getting enough sleep, you may want to investigate resources that talk about how to wind down at night and prepare for rest. Sleep loss tends to exacerbate and create all sorts of problems. The only thing I can guess from reading your post is that the style itself seems very sleepy ![]() | ||
