Intro: although i have a job and real world adult responsibilities and stuff, sometimes i like to imagine that i'm an amateur director who goes on to achieve massive critical acclaim for his work. sometimes i imagine crazy plots for imaginary films in my head that are way more exciting than anyone is currently producing now or ever.
and the great thing about my films is that every single one will has social relevance and be significant cultural accomplishments. recently i have been all about feminism and female empowerment, for example. as you can clearly see, i am committed to making the world a better place by spreading messages of peace and hope.
now i will proceed to form an outline for my plot of a project i have coming up in my own imagination. i hope you enjoy.

The Story:
In a Catholic boarding school for girls, the religious student Tabitha is attacked by evil forces and disappears from the classroom and the impotent Father Jeremy is incapable of saving her. The school is closed and five years later it is reopened. Five troubled unwanted girls - Gwyneth, Cecilia, Brooke, Francesca, and Baby Spice - are left by their family in the institution. Father Jeremy is their teacher and the girls are forbidden to go to the mysterious third floor. When Francesca has visions of the possessed Tabitha, weird things happen in the spot and the girls have to fight against a legion of two thousand demons.

I, for one, welcome our new demonic overlords. hail satan.

a lot of people like kevin spacey. he is no good without a mature female lead like lisa edelstein. in my opinion, your cast is an incomplete one. one of them needs powers for instance the ability to speak wit ghosts. the girls could convert the demons to Catholicism, it would be better.

Good point. Each of the characters should have some sort of unique special ability, it would make things more interesting. For example, Baby Spice should be able to communicate with the supernatural.

I love how your characters have fancy names except you have a Brooke. Brooke dies first because she was promiscuous.

I guess so. I made a movie for school with some friends when I was about 14, and one of the scenes involved a werewolf that was sitting on a toilet and his head was spinning around exorcist style. The practical effect was essentially to have the "actor" hunched over and had the werewolf mask pinned on a stick that he would turn around while screaming.
We're interested in different genres but it's good to know that my input is appreciated.

Is this a horror harem?
I saw father Jeremy, and then as I scrolled down all I saw were girls.
Just trolling, but, I'd consider a stronger justification for the hook of "five girls and a teacher" other than they are all "troubled and unwanted. Frankly that's where my suspension of disbelief snaps in two. That's gonna be really hard to justify. Of course, you don't have to, but that's where corny mode sets in and everything goes down the toilet. But, eh, that's not always a bad thing .

Directors have a lot of good ideas. Personally I don't think actors contribute to films. Everyone claims to have a favorite actor(s), yet it seems an archetype is really what moviegoers are after. People would be disappointed in a movie featuring only kevin spacey, like really disappointed. From what I can see most film critics are happy to imagine pushing an elephant up the stairs, but they bleed yellow when put on the spot.

I only saw "director" "amateur" and "adult"... I approve of the cast.

2 and a half hours of only Kevin Spacey sounds awesome I would 100% pay to see that. You're wrong about actors not contributing to movies. Imagine replacing Bill Murray with Keanu Reeves in every Bill Murray movie ever, the movies would not be the same. Acting is a performance art.

it's not only Kevin Spacey tho

Question:
Why do you think this idea will produce anything remotely close to critical acclaim?

Directors mostly have bad ideas. That's why there's a hierarchy.
Instead of hiring Christian Bale or Eddie Redmayne, we could pick up random people off the street to reduce budget costs.
