Drone.. I thought it was May 2009 when I decided to dive into balloons..That post proves my memory wrong. 2007 was when I had learned to blow up the regular size balloons...My first bag of balloons I bought was at WCG 2007 in Seattle D4D myself and Binky played around with them at the hotel that year..... 2009 was the year (earlier than May) when I saw a balloon documentary and decided I might like to try doing more complicated balloon sculptures... Since then...USA team, Awards and now this !!! It has been an amazing and wild ride!!
I wish you could be at Frankfurt as well Sn0
Naz- It would be great to meet you!! I hope your able to make it. Also thank you so much for the years of service and hard work you have put in making this the most amazing site and team in gaming history!!! I am proud to be a member here for so long!!

im sure I say this in most of your blogs(all the ones I get to read anyway,) but you're awesome and inspiring. It's always good to see that you're really loving what you do and taking advantage of it to go to awesome places and do awesome things. really happy for you.

brian- Thank you man! I just feel so lucky to have finally found something I love and that it has the potential to monetarily take care of the family as well as provide some awesome perks! I truly hope that others keep searching for that perfect thing for oneself.
Heyoka= Kennigit is the man! I am very nervous and hope to impress everyone with the balloons.My hope/dream for this is to possibly open up this video game market to more balloon art either with me or other amazing balloon artists.I was pretty pleased with the Void as well!! Always more I could do or tweaks here and there but for a first go it worked well!!
Chairman Ray= Mythical cool dad hahaha. If you asked my 16 yr old I think she would disagree...weird, embarrassing... and maybe a wee bit of cool from her! Ask my son hes 9 he thinks I am cool!!

y0su= Ehhhh Cold.... I do not know anything about cold...I hope its relatively warm while I am overseas... The heaviest jacket I own is the Blue TL sweater.... Summer here averages around 37.7 - 43.3 celsius... Maxing out with our hottest day here was 47...With our lows never getting below 0 and typically topping out at 43.3. Thank you and stay warm!! I hope one day to visit everywhere, Maybe on another trip we might be able to have a beer!
Kleinmuuhg= I hope you not only say hi but get a balloon!! If this event is like any of the bigger events I have done (comic con- City Spectacular etc.) Find me early otherwise (hopefully) Ill be very busy and there might be quite a wait. Though of course I would love anyone to at the least stop by and say Hi even if your not interested in waiting for a balloon. Of course this will be my first gaming event of this magnitude so I am unsure how it will go....But its balloons how can people not like them ahhah. I look forward to seeing and meeting you there!
QuanticHawk= Awww You are too kind! Nice? I can be a huge asshole on occasion... Typically while gaming and or making balloons there is a way less chance of me getting mad or angry.... But I have been known to get a bit agro now and again... My last fight was caused over someone popping a balloon on a hat I was wearing... I think I blogged about that one haha its been a couple years since that though. http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/102748-friday-night-fight Here is the older fight blog haha....... I am not sure I deserve it...But I do plan on working my hardest to make this happen more than this once!

SoSexy= One day! If I could I would stay longer there are so many people and so many places I would love to go. One of the best balloon events is happening in Belgium in November I wish I could make that. Being away this long will be strange and hard being away from the family so long. I hope to do more traveling in the future but it has to be balanced with family etc. Next time I come across the pond I hope my family is able to come with me. And really none of this trip would not be possible with out Kennigit or ESL it is because of them I have this chance, and honestly none of the other parts of this trip would have happened without Kennigit and the ESL hiring me to come out!
I hope everyone can thank Kennigit, Elias, and Tom and the whole ESL crew for believing in my balloon work enough to take a chance with me. I also would love if afterwards any one who has the chance to interact with me or get a balloon or enjoyed/did not enjoy the balloon art could tell Kennigit and everyone what you thought about having me there! Even if you thought it was stupid or lame I really want/ need your truthful feedback!!!

Would be great! Hope there is not that incredible long line to you, as I expect! I will try to be there very early!
And Bruge... by car? Speedway A3 to Köln(Cologne), A4 to Aachen ... and then we are in the Netherlands and I'm not 100% sure... but it is basically just straight ahead Direction Brussel->Bruge. Something like that!

Honestly Not sure how I am going to get there... Haha Maybe Coach.. Maybe hope a ride if anyone is heading that direction. Cheapest way is going to be my mantra while traveling!!

Dont worry, I can guarantee you there will be massive demand! I'll try to get one if the queue isnt already 2 hours Ill say hi nevertheless :D.
Also google says there are 3 ways to Bruge by car, I'd take the bottom one, as Geisterkarle said, but the middle one is preferred by google.

Anyone Happen to be in Amsterdam? Ill be there a few days and my balloon buddy just secured a gig out of country T_T I need a friend to visit/Stay with a day or two/get a beer..?? June 23rd or 24th through June 27th I leave on a Eurolines bus to London on the 27th!

Nervous and excited.... I head up to Phoenix tonight as my flight leaves at 6:30am Thursday and I get in at 7:20am Friday morning in Frankfurt! Hope to see some of you all soon!!

Just got to Amsterdam. And my place is no longer an option to stay.... Probably just going to get a hotel as cheap as I can. Leave here on the 27th 1030 am euro lines bus to London. Sorry Xeo i am not checking internet much while traveling...

Aww damn, won't be able to make it there. Hope you have a blast though! There are tons of good coffeeshops but if I may: Barney's lounge and the greenhouse are some of my favorites. Best not to go to the ones near the station, they're like warehouses for tourists
