I hope for your sake there will be real messages of consolidation and spiritual guidance to get you through this ordeal, but all I can truthfully say for the moment is that you have definitely come to the right place and done the right thing. Releasing these emotions is really healthy, whether it be irl or online, and the most important thing to remember is that there is an army of us marching with you and going through the same $#1T/ordeals.
