As of now, i finally managed to reach 5000... EDITS. Right, as you've probably already checked, i'm far away from being at 5k posts, but i managed to get 5k Liquipedia-edits. It took me 463 days to get them, the majority of those were from pages covering the german SC2-scene, and there have been more active contributors to the wiki, but still, i'm proud. My edits went from zero characters difference (when updating tournament results) up to 327372 new characters in one edit (when creating a new template).
But how did i even get to do this? The answer is simple: The Liquipedia guys are awesome people! It's fun to contribute to a common goal, especially if your work is recognized, and if you contribute to Liquipedia, you can be sure, that your work will be recognized =) Also, you get these awesome coins at the bottom right of your TeamLiquid posts ^^
So, what is hard about getting involved with Liquipedia? The answer is: nothing! Maybe one will stumble upon some things at the beginning, but on the Liquipedia-IRC is always someone to help you out, so you will not be on your own if something does not work as intended.
I just can advice you: Try it yourself! Editing Liquipedia and seeing your work being used on stream by the casters is very rewarding, you should definitively try it out =)

Someone should update the strategy section, just copy/paste builds from imbabuilds.com x)
(I tried a bit, its a little too time consuming)

Thank you for all of the hard work!

Congrats! :D
I still remember that feeling when I was auto-promoted to editor on the BW LP. Or when the work I've been doing was used by other people and recognized. Fuck yea!

I just have a question, why does I (everybody maybe ?) to connect everytime I want to do an edit ? it's really reall annoying

Generating HTML from the wikitext is very taxing for the server, especially for tournament pages, which uses a lot of templates (brackets, group stages boxes, racial distribution boxes, etc.).
I'm sorry this is an inconvenience, but now a lot of web browsers can remember your login/password, so hopefully it's not too bothersome. My advice is, always have a tab open on Liquipedia, to reduce the number of times you need to sign in.
