I prefer to discredit myself, no need to bring JTRIG into this. No need to get all GCHQ on me.
Without throwing around meaningless phrases like "net neutrality" or "web 2.0", I will try my best.
It is a conference in Berlin/Europe that has grown quite large and deals with issues like "can we actually sell our own data?" or "will my online footprint of the last 20 years determine whether or not I will get credit in the near future"?
Even fun talks like "why is China and the western world buying up urban space (cities) like I buy my cheese on a saturday at the local market ?" or brain-teasers such as "what happens to my digital data when I die".
Also on the list, "we assume Germany is a sovereign state and it is in its best interest (representation of the people) to uncover all relations between NSA/GCHQ/Rest of 5 eyes that nobody knows the acronyms of - and German intelligence service (BND/VS) as well as industrial espionage between members of the EU or just as importantly why would it not be in its best interest to uncover the dealings between NSA/BND and would it be helpful to "invite" Snowden to Germany (and ensure his security) as it would be hardly possible to guarantee a truthful environment for him to speak in front of the German parliament while he was still under the control (read: jail/torture/imagination, not puppet/control) of Moscow"

I have yet to venture further into the videos (mostly watched the stream) and I have just now realized that the main stream seemed to be mostly english while the 2nd (smaller) stage seems to be mostly german so to all my friends outside the post-Prussian influence zone, you can still watch the main program.
No probz just watch the titles with .. english .. in them.
So if you are from the U.S.A. and you say "I DONT CARE ABOUR EUROPE", understandably so, this is where our journey ends. Goodbye old friends. Never stop listening to speed metal.
