I fail to see what this has to do with karma.


If you're asking what most asian ethic systems would say, they'll mostly be all "do right by your leaders" and "act for the good of the company" because they're pretty big on hierachy.


The whole "solidarity with coworkers against the capitalist management" is very much a western thing (don't be fooled by the name of what passes as communism over there)
