Most teams have a website with a "contact" section, and you can apply there. It usually works pretty well... try MYM may be? (since you are polish, I can also give you some contacts)

Well I've tried applying via the "contact" section on two websites already and I haven't gotten any reply yet. The thing is that even if they're not interested or I do not meet the requirements I would like to get the reply even if it's negative ^^
