About your life being basically worthless, I guess there are two different perspectives. One is that everyone's life is insignificant and that there is no meaning to human life. We are born, we get old, we die. Some of us leave a marginally more significant impact than others, but in truth we really don't do anything for history. That being said, your life can still have some meaning relative to your existence. You enjoy your career from the look of it, which is way more than most people I know can say. How many people have you met that just do their job for money or some kind of financial benefit, despite hating it? Your job also allows you to perform in front of people for their enjoyment; I'd say that's pretty cool. Very few people get to actually see people be happy as a result of their work. Reflecting that your friend may have been a better person than you is pretty worthless. He's dead and there's nothing that can change that, unfortunately. Don't feel bad for enjoying your life or for making a mistake. At least if I died young, I'd want my friends to live their life the happiest they could. And it seems like your life is overall pretty happy, so just come to terms with what happened. And also, even though it's five years late, sorry for your loss.

2. Post a TL blog about the whole issue. 3. Get more undeserved sympathy online to feel guilty even more. WTF, are you a masochist? Come on man, life is stupid and never gives anyone what they deserve. Also, dead people don't care whether you're using them for your own egoistic reasons. And if you think 14-year old sister is too young to talk with her about this - you're wrong.

And after I gave her a long sob story (at least I think it was long, I was quite inebriated at the time, much like right now) of how my best friend died in an accident the summer before we all went off to college, we quickly went from old family friends to friends with benefits. HIGH FIVE BRO. + Show Spoiler + ...was it all just a subtle brag blog? He does start off with the fact that he uses sympathy to manipulate others, but wanted to created a girl brag blog without it appearing to be one. Of course, the title is also intriguing. "My Greatest Fear"... who wouldn't want to click it and be like "I wonder what he's afraid of"? Death? Spiders? Rape? No, it's going to funerals and getting too much pussy.
