Representatives = Number of representatives in the 2014 parliament
PPR = People Per Representative. It can be an indication of how much power a single vote can have in an election. The districts are 2009 districts and data are from the same year except for Croatia, so the data are slightly outdated.
Current lack of representation in groups are the groups with no representative from a country. If a country is small, representation in as many groups as possible is a way to get as much opportunity to influence policies as possible on the political process in the parliament since a lot of negotiation happens internally in the groups.
