If she is a freshman in HS she is likely 13-14 and if your a senior your 17-18. One I would consider statutory rape laws in your state as that is serious. 2 yes while girls like sex and all that you have to consider the mental state of someone barely into their teenage years and how that can be a mess. Third you say its rather out of the blue so who knows what she is thinking considering she claims it will be her 1st time (maybe she just "wants to get it out of the way") and she thinks your good enough to give it to. Just think about it and the possible consequences before you decide.

In fact, she's probably raking in all the study money from the numerous young students she's intentionally gotten knocked up by.
