Not every girl can wear B+ cup, I mean it's genetics, and not every girl who play SC2 has money nor wish for plastic surgery. One of the worst girl blogs I've ever read. Just wanted to ask something I've never fully understood, but first I'll spare a little background. I'm someone who has a lot of experience with different languages, like English and Australian (98% ATAR score in the WACE exams). And for me, I find grammatical formation very easy, except for example Estonian. I don't understand why some people can barely speak English, or any other language fluently for that matter. Why don't they just try to actually improve themselves a little bit? Some of them speak 'English' all day, yet it's barely coherent and their grammar is terrible, how is this possible? Some of my friends are really smart people and yet they still struggle with basic language constructs, although one of them can hold a conversation with me provided the have a thesaurus on hand. Why don't they just learn to speak properly so they don't sound like imbeciles? Do they not know how to improve? I once got a book on learning Latin, and with one friend of mine we picked up the written language fluently very fast, and he barely even focused on learning it... As for me, I flew to Bali and was interacting with the locals in 60 minutes or less, and the next day I started writing a novel in Bahasa. Soon after self publishing said book I was invited to join the international language excellence society because of my amazing proficiency. Why are languages so easy? Is it because I wasn't dropped on my head as a baby? For me English is a really easy-mode language and anyone that wasn't dropped on their head as a child should be able to speak it fluently with no effort, but what I can't rectify is how can people still not know how to speak it after so much exposure to it? You've got sites for learning, you can read English literature classics full of lovely prose, what goes wrong? How can it be so easy? In my eye, everyone should have a very good command of the English language at the very least, no excuses. | ||

I dont understand why people so bad at this game... I know, I had a good background coming from gaming, having high APM, and WoW-background allowing me to click while asleep. But still, this game so easy, dunno why people get stuck at sub 1billion CpS (cookie per second) even after weeks... In my eye, everyone should have at least 1bill CpS after a day. Anyways, one point i liked about the original post is "the pro replays are right there, all you have to do is copy it" or something along those lines. To copy something one must be able to appreciate it's goodness. If you just move you copy blindly and don't k now anything about it, it won't work, so maybe other people don't make the same good assumptions about the game as others. My better idea is that some people place very high value on being good and so they are unconsciously assuming that being good must be difficult, and that creates a mental barrier. Another thing to consider is that perhaps someone has learned a skill along the way that they haven't even realized they have learned. Something like multi tasking. Perhaps someone was addicted to tetris for a while and forgot about it. Thirdly, there is such thing as variations from person to person. "Why can't this guy have brown hair naturally!!?" Because that's the way it is! Finally, the ladder and even an individual game doesn't reward all aspects of good play. Someone might enjoy the micro aspect or the macro aspect specifically but find little interest in developing overall strategies that lead to wins. Likewise, sometimes players do things that are not very optimal and catch a player who is thinking more and sacrificing his concentration to make decisions that end up being irrelevant because someone on ladder decided to go mass banshee (ie roll the dice). Rank does not tell the whole story. It just says who can beat someone at a certain level on average more. For all we know there could be people in gold who wouild take games from masters but just can't manage to compete with some types of cheese plays yet. I guess the point is, reserve judgement until you've really thought about it. | ||
