I stream Dota. I am...decent at Dota. Let's leave it at that or I'll get trolled.
In the 'Dota 2 for SC2 fans' mess of a thread I noticed a few people new to Dota commenting that though they were giving TI3 a chance, they were finding it extremely difficult to follow and understand the commentators because they were using complicated jargon etc. So someone suggested that since I'm going to be watching TI3 anyway and that I was already streaming, I should stream my watching of the games and provide my own sporadic comments to help make everything understandable.
People are of course free to ask questions in the chat about the games and I will answer them all on a very basic level. I will also have some very helpful people hanging out in the chat who will also assist me.
