I suggest poi over pen, coin, etc... spinning. + Show Spoiler + It's perfect for fidgitty people, and is rooted in dance and body manipulation, so you end up learning to be graceful, which is an underestimated benefit.

I am known as "Awesome" on that forum.

Painting is great, I can paint a whole sculpture/picture while watching something. Sure, but the end of the movie you don't remember much of the movie, but your painting will have progressed far. And whats more you will learn so much, even if it is hard. Another, quite girly, thing I like to do i sew. I have sewn countless plushies and items while watching series and anime. As someone else. Also, it's MEEEEE ^_^
