The funny thing is that Platan is a company, which takes care of telecommunication as well (at least partially) as some routers, servers and other things. Impersonating Platan rep would be fucking funny, I admit but I guess I have no heart to fuck them up.
Unless it will come out that someone from Platan accidentaly ordered calls-redirection to our company. Then I'd get my sweet revenge !

Would have been more interesting if the two companies were heated competitors, then you could answer all the calls with "I regret to inform you that we are going out of business and redirecting all our customers to: your company" heh

In the US that would almost be grounds for promotion in our ridiculous telecom call centers.
It's a good portion of their job to just try in as many ways possible to nickle and dime you to death while trying to retain your business at all costs.

Rofl. I get random calls from who knows where probably 2-3 times a week and I'm allliekwtfphonecompanyyy. I can't imagine getting like 50 a day. xD
