Players that made it to GS #3 could be said to have reached ro32 or placements 17-32. With that in my players who exited the tournament in GS #3 and were ranked in that range were given a fair rank.

Players who made it to ro16 but for some reason weren't ranked. Overachievers or bad scouting?

Verdi won over #12 and #20 to succeed to ro16
Huk won over #1 and #32 to succeed to ro16
TLO won over #6, #7, #21 and #29 to succeed to ro16
Comments:
Mc and especially Polt has to be the biggest loser of this tournament as he lost to guys not even ranked top 32.
TLO has beaten 4 ranked players and thus 4 higher ranked players than himself which strongly suggests that the power ranking overlooked the capacity of TLO. Thus, he deserves to be ranked higher in upcoming competitions.
JYP was the highest ranked player who had the earliest finish and failed against players who weren't even in the top 32.
Lucifron position might have gone to the round of 16 but YugiOh and Strelok didn't. He would have had better chances than those two if the power ranking was correct. The coin flip scenario gives me no chances to determine if he performed to the expectations.
With the variability of the tournament format, players shifting shape and current balance to really determine each players skill you can say that power ranking was rather well put together. I give it a B-
