'Haben Sie schonmal Beschwerde bei Ihrem Mobilfunkanbieter eingereicht'.
Would I answer 'yes', because I was with Vodafone for about 3 days, or 'no', because I have not had such problems with t-mobile yet?
-> aborted. But I can tell you one thing: I would happily take VIP tickets from just about anyone and pay extra, but I would not change my mobile phone provider to one with a worse service, infrastructure or contracts that offer me nothing of value.

I answered the first two questions to the negative and was therefore unable to answer the other ones.

If you don't have a mobile phone, it wants you to answer the other questions about your mobile phone all the same.
