So, after the first week on my new training program I sat down to watch the MLG Winter Championship and play some Heart of the Swarm. I must say I enjoyed it. It feels like a fresh start for StarCraft and I guess it is.
It got me thinking about setting some goals moving forward and I wanted to share my thoughts/hear what goals you guys have ... Goals may sound boring and they can be, but it's how you make consistent progress. You have a target and you aim for it. Like 44 SCVs at 10 minutes, 24 at 6. Also, to make it interesting...aim high and dream big!

First off, I made a promise to get to 180 (pounds) from 140 within a year from last October. I'm now around 168 and it hasn't even been six months. Still, I've got some extra stuff around the middle to get rid of and want to make sure it's a healthy 185 - by the end of April. The second week of workouts are starting up and I'm dreading them a little bit...let's just say they are nauseating.
Second, I want to play my placement matches and get back into diamond. Then, I'm going for masters. The goal is to have a strong understanding of each match-up from the Terran's perspective. Also, by the end of April.
After that it's time to try something new...oh and yeah I have to graduate and find a job in May...
