FINALLY GOT FUCKING GRANDMASTERS!! After playing vs grandmasters for basically my entire sc2 career I finally did it. omg, words can't even express how good this feels. I've put so much time into this game and I finally got it. FINALLY. finally is seriously the only word on my mind right now. Finally fucking got it after all this hard work and effort.
Sc2 has been a beautiful experience for me and it's allowed me to travel the country and met some amazing people. Even had the pleasure of playing sc while in Korea and seeing how people played there opened my horizons gameplay wise and ahh oh man can't even think of what to say right now.
Anyway, here are some screenshots post-happinessfrenzy. Look at how long I've been playing this fucking game at masters...I've always been at the highest division possible when it was out. When it was diamond, I was diamond. When it was Masters, I was masters. Not being in GM upon gm's release was seriously always bothering me. Finally fucking did it. CHRIST. Last fucking season of WoL too! It's been quite the trip.
Shoutouts to SCA/Team iP/Rutgers University. Wouldn't have gotten here without you guys.

This is Raistlin if you remember my old ID. We were always the two best Protoss on Rutgers CSL. Keeping track of your ladder points gave me a lot of motivation to play over the years. I always knew you deserved GM glad to see you finally got it.

i dont wanna smash ur dreams, but im pretty sure that wouldnt have happened if HotS wasnt be around the corner. many ppl simply stopped playing WoL by now.

yeah just wanted to address this and other similar posts...there are still just as many strong players now as there were before hots came out. never really stopped playing good people lol.

i actually found that more of the good people stayed to play WoL while those frustrated/bored went to play HotS. If anything, skill floor is much higher than before

Congratulations. 3 years, wow, that's a long time. I actually believe ladder got harder with HotS coming out, because the people dedicated to WoL stayed dedicated. I wouldn't know at that high of a level though. Anyways, congrats!
