Okay definitely hadn't a chance to record some good gameplay. Plus the game is really hard so I actually need solid practice before feeling comfortable showing off. However -you guys need to get excited about the game. I can hardly believe how awesome it is. I played for about 45 minutes total (I'm busy with school TT), and it was a brilliant 45 minutes indeed. I use a 360 controller to play, and man the combat is so intricate. Same with platforming. Every action you take needs to be thought out and well executed.

This is interesting. Not only can just "execute well" but the game actually makes you think. Attacking one enemy in a certain way can be very effective, while attacking a similar enemy the same way results in harm to Volgarr. More details will come later.

The game has now been released, and it's pretty frickin sweet. I've gotten to the first boss a few times but haven't been able to beat him yet.

This is exactly the kind of game we need more of. It's pretty much a game which could have been a SNES game, and would have been a legendary classic by now if that was the case. It focuses 100% on just being a fun challenging game, no casual bullshit. Reminds me of Dark Souls, you have to appreciate dying and repeating something over and over until you perfect it.
