Ugh, yes. The most honest, most accurate answer to most questions, "I don't know", is deemed stupid. The most sterile attitude, unfounded certitude, is deemed acceptable at best, confident at worse. Also, I'm a firm believer that the can was a good thing (in short, progress) but the making of cans has put a small elite in such a comfortable, solid position that I sometimes doubt it. Nobility stood on tradition, globalized oligarchy stands on... everything and everything stands on it! Too big to fail, too big to fall...

But the kind in the can is not very good, gotta get that shit fresh Spinach has too much iron to eat regularly though. And I'm lazy about washing vegetables, so I most likely ingest traces of feces when I eat fresh spinach. I am much more a broccoli, kale, and collard greens kind of guy. I used to have a bearded dragon when I was younger and he would sit next to me eating kale all the time. Although, he ate cockroaches too so not sure if he's a reliable authority when it comes to food.
