I remembering back doing Sports Psychology in my Sports BTEC in College. There was many good books, and even good athletes to just read about.

If you look at the greats, the Ali's Wood's Jordan's, just reading their biographys is a great way to learn about different kinds of Psychology due to their knack of hardly being beat in their prime etc.

And with that i only skimmed the service on Sports Psychology so i cannot offer a textbook/book on it, due to having to read about it within a course book, so only a few dozen pages, and a few lectures.
