Auron said to Tidus, "Sin. Is. Jecht." This was my first FF game because I had wanted to see what all the fuss over the series was about. If it was popular, there had to be a reason right? So I thought I'd give this one a shot due to a friend's recommendation. I liked the story too. I apologize if this degenerates into a religious argument (I'm not intending for it too), but contemplating the story from a Christian perspective somehow resonated with me really well. The way Sin was described, how it originated, how the people dealt with it, how it recurred over and over again, made a great deal of sense in my mind. By the end of the game, however, I was thoroughly confused by everything and I was just anxious to finish it to care about the subtleties in the plot, lol. Granted, I never can follow FF stories well; always twist my mind in ways I can't unravel. >_< I had thought Auron was so awesome, I flippin' cosplayed as him for Spirit Week in high school. Twice. Floppy cardboard "sword" and all. X-D Gameplay-wise, I liked the style of it. I didn't level often, but the system they used was fairly neat. Favorite part was the Aeon summons. LOVE the Aeon summons and overdrives.... Beautiful soundtrack, gorgeous visuals, solid gameplay, complex storyline, hours filled with side-quests and special items and random quirks.... If I ever have another spare 70 hours, I hope I invest it in replaying this game. Surprised they're remaking 10 and not 7. Anyone remember this? + Show Spoiler + Huh. Looking at related videos, and it appears a FF7 remake is out already? O_o

I never completely finish the Arena though. There were some tough monsters.
