I recommend sleeping in and skipping breakfast that way if you're concerned about saving money. Salads are relatively cheap for lunch, and I remember OVT having shitty 3 dollar pasta that would fill me up and taste OK if I put enough pepper flakes on it. Every now and then, order some decent food to keep you sane.
Do this for one quarter or more and you'll have a huge excess for the rest, giving you the luxury of ordering food w/o a damn

UCSD field trip to SDSU? The best way to battle Triton Eye is to periodically surround yourself with beautiful girls. Just make sure you don't touch them because I hear they have a pretty high STD rate.
Froadac are you using dining dollars for your food? You should cook for yourself whenever possible. Cheapest and healthiest way.

This is true. I once got in an argument about whether or not to spend all your dining dollars. I argued you might as well spend everything (without over-spending) to get your money's worth while he argued the money is gone either way so it doesn't matter if you use them up or not...I hope you have enough sense to realize which is the better option. Also, at least you have Bistro. That didn't exist when I had dining dollars =/

Want to point out that at the end of the year you can end up buying stuff with dining dollars at the stores on campus. Typically however, you end up running out at the end of the second quarter.
