Seriously abusing people in a game isn't that different from doing it in real life. Whether you abuse people after losing competition to them or for no reason either way it's coming from negativity somewhere in your life. Try to address that negativity and it should help you. At the very least put some basic positive focus on yourself. Eat healthy food and do a bit of exercise or go get a massage. Best of luck not abusing people in future

Take a break for a few days , try breaking the stress... You sound you're under too much pressure. Just take a break and relax.

Go see a psychologist, you already think you can't help yourself, so you need to learn anger management, when losing in something as trivial as a video game makes you rage that hard. Being able to stay calm is important for most aspects of your life.

The solution is to make sure you quit before you get to that point. I assume it doesn't happen out of the blue. You can see it coming. It's up to you to stop playing when you are in such a bad mood. I believe you can control yourself on the greater scale.

Just be nice to people. Have the will to be nice and exercise self control. You are in control of your actions. Saying you can't control yourself is a cop out, and excuse for being a weak person.

A little of both. Please see a doctor, before your rage gets some person hurt. Make sure to hit the wall before, so you don't kill anyone on your way to the doctor's.

But maybe you should try to channel your rage towards something positive? Some pushups or situps? Maybe go for a run? Maybe invest in a punching bag? Surely there's something that can help you out.
