That lunch especially sounds pretty good. Myself, I generally do: Breakfast: ceeral w/ milk or eggs Lunch: sandwich w/ an apple or some carrots and milk Dinner: chicken/beef/fish with potato/pasta/rice with a vegtable I just am lazy and keep it pretty simple. Especially since I keep living in places for < 6 months so I shop pretty short-term.

I usually wake up by hunger at like 4 or 5am -_- so i always eat like 2 breakfasts, during the summer anyways when i got the time. I'm sorta weird Breakfast: oatmeal with skim milk + peanut butter + 1/2 scoop protein shake all in one mixed together, it's delicious. I first put oatmeal and skim milk in a bowl, microwave for 1min 30seconds, then mix in peanut butter/protein powder, the peanut butter just melts it's amazing ![]() I usually lift in the morning after my first breakfast, after i lift i usually have 1 1/2 cup of skim milk with 1 1/2 scoop protein powder. Second breakfast: 3 eggs whole eggs with 2 slices of bread. If i'm hungry, i'll also eat a bowl of cereal. I also supplment with vit. C vit. E and fish oil. Vit C/E for breakfast only. Fish oil 3 times a day once after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Usually at this time i bike or swim. lunch: I usually have a large chicken breast with some vegetables, maybe some rice or some beans as well. snack before dinner, i always get hungry and i eat a couple handful of almonds after my snack i usually go running dinner: it's usually like like sometimes chicken breasts or tuna with vegies sometimes with rice or some extra peas. after-dinner snack- handful of almonds skim milk with protein shake. i'm 145-148lbs 5'8.

I'm not saying you can't get away with a day of eating like that, but even with the large portions, that's not enough calories and certainly not enough protein to sustain decent muscle mass.

You can get it at your local home improvement store. A watermelon plant will begin growing in your stomach and some watermelons can get upwards of 15 pounds before harvest! Hope this helped!

I work 8am-5pm so my eating schedule is based around my work. 7:30am Protein Shake 8:30am 2 Light Yogurts at the office. 10:30am ~1cup organic dried oats with dried blueberries (kind of like a loose granola, you eat it raw) 12:30pm grilled chicken breast with side of fruit from office cafe. 2:30pm ~1cup organic dried oats with blueberries or 14 raw organic almonds 5:30pm gym+protein shake 6:30pm grilled chicken breast + vegetable side. I generally do artichoke, broccoli or garden peas. 10:30pm Bed time, protein shake. I've been doing exactly this for ~1 month so far. I know it's not glamourous and many people would get bored. However, I find the most success when cutting or bulking to follow a super strict diet. I basically pretend im a robot and this is what I need to stay turned on. Food stops becoming a pleasure seeking activity and more a refueling. I actually love the taste of everything I'm eating too so it's not so bad. With this diet you get ~190g protein so make sure you're working out or the protein will just convert to fat. I won't get into my gym routine and bore everyone but generally its, day 1 arms, day 2 legs/core(abs), day 3 chest/back, day 4 off. Then just repeat that cycle, you end up at the gym 5-6 times per week.

breakfast: 1L of milk 1 cup of coffee 2 onigiri (rice and random fish) lunch: restaurants near work, typically I aim for lots of protein, but rice is sort of unavoidable Probably 200-400g of chicken/pork/beef, and 100g of rice, and random veggies depending on the restaurant dinner: I try to cook at home, so probably 300g - 500g of beef, and random veggies two protein shakes during the day mixed with whole milk typical weekend breakfast: 200g - 400g of fish, pan fried (variety varies from salmon, to snapper, to anything really) 2 scrambled eggs with veggies lunch: I get lazy here, so probably a box of sushi and a box of sashimi, or a piece of prepared fish like grilled unagi dinner: either 300g of japanese steak or w/e soup that I make with pork or beef.

How long do u stay in gym per session i'm just curious. I'm generally at the gym between 1h-1h45m depending on what I'm doing that day. Chest/Back days are definitely brutal because you're so sore everywhere lol. Shoulders are most of the time fit in during arm day or chest/back day (believe it or not). My actual lifting routine is similarly planned out like my diet but didn't feel it was threadworthy to type it all out heh. The only thing I don't like about my current lifting situation is im very machine reliant. I go to the gym with my girlfriend and she's a tiny fit thing, like 5'3'' 113lbs and isn't comfortable spotting for me. Couple this with that fact that I'm an awkward penguin and don't like to talk to strangers, I don't get to do much in the way of free weights. I feel I still get a great workout just whoring the machines but I know it could probably be better with traditionally free weights for some excersises.

Morning and early afternoon (about 6/8 breadslices a day with butter and peanut butter, Heinz sandwich spread or cheese), milk about 2 apples or oranges. For dinner: Any of those, and usually mixed: Beans/Brocolli/cabbage/cauliflower/carrots/spinnach/brussel sprouts/ Meat (substitutes) and tofu: ![]() And: rice/potatoes/pasta or something like it Afterwards a big bowl of fat free yogurt. In the evening: unsalted regular/cashew nuts or anything like that. About 6/8 glasses of different types of green tea throughout the day and carbonated water. My tip to you: go slow on getting used to more solid foods, which are usually not as flavorful as fruits, because you seem to have developed a liking for very strong/sweet flavor.

I've had weight drop issues too, I've been trying to do 300 cal's more than my daily requirements like Yandere said and it's working out great, if you don't work out I would suggest raising your calories per day and see how it goes. In my experience one of the greatest joys of the girls I've known is food (actually guys like food too. Weiiiird). So if you wanna eat like a girl, you're gonna need more than a couple fruits. (well honestly, it's not unusual to have a small dinner, but if you do that you need a big breakfast and a giant lunch. And you ought to have a reason for it, like you're a farmer)

Not that I mind; I love the whole continental breakfast deal, but that's 'cause I only eat two meals a day (plus maybe one "snack" between those two, I have like no time in between classes and work), so when I still had a dining plan, I stuffed myself during breakfast and didn't eat anything except maybe a soup until dinner. I think in places outside NA, breakfast is usually a lighter affair. I'm eating so slim these days 'cause of apartment life and being unable to cook anything... Brunch: pasta or PB&J or cereal+milk or all of the above. Dinner: pasta or rice+whatever-is-lying-around, usu. canned veggies, pre-cooked chicken (don't trust myself cooking meat), or that stringed pork you can buy at Chinese supermarkets ... dunno what it's called in English. ![]() I got two free dinners this week though and basically pigged out. =X

Breakfast: Nothing, makes me feel bad. Bad as in i wanna puke and die (not even kidding) (+ i have vacation atm, so i wake up at around 12-5 pm (12-17).) Lunch: Depends on when i wake up, but haven't had lunch in 2 months, else i would eat a little sandwich. Dinner: Whatever my parents make, mostly potatos, rice, pasta with somekind of meat. After dinner: This is the time where i actually eat stuff, i would eat tons of rugbrød (rye bread) which is fucking awesome and healthy. So yea i mostly eat at night and i eat alot at night.
