EPTThis week is my graduating week, full of festivities to send us of f into the larger world. Today our school held a picnic to give us one last day with the entire senior class. After a day of fun and excitement, I head back across towns towards the school zones to get to my house.
It's 3' o clock, so all the buses are swarming around doing their duty, and unfortunately I get stuck behind one of the giant, yellow monsters. I'm in a good mood, so I'm not complaining as much as I normally would.
The bus pulls around the bend and stops at the railroad tracks as all bus drivers do, then continues past. I proceed to follow. At that moment I thought I saw something flash in my rear view mirror and then... BBBAMAMAMAMAMMM!!!

My car gets stuck under the bus and I'm left with smoke and dust from the air bags.
No one was hurt, in fact, the bus driver hadn't even noticed I had hit her until I came out waving my hands at her side door. I wasn't too startled, frightened, or mad. But after a while it starts to settle. I really liked that car. Now not only do I not get to drive to my own graduation, but all those memories made from my first car are gone, I'll never get to drive it again. There's now an empty space in my driveway where my car should be.
So after hearing my sob story, I kindly ask others to share their own. You may not have wrecked your first car, but just tell a small story or some memories of it. Everyone has some form of attachment to their first car, right?
