From my experience, the streets were covered in dog poop, and I see poor skinny toy dogs being carried around like fashion accessories as their shivering in the cold. People are not friendly (I'm Asian) and our hotel was even burgled (I lost 1000 Euros). The police were unhelpful and the hotel staff couldn't care less (probably an inside job). Travelling less metropolitan cities along the French riviera would yield much more pleasing encounters. Have fun and be careful! | ||
