Taking out the ring in your nose was probably by far the best decision of your life because you look a million times better without it. Also I want to ask you doesn't it take you a lot of time to get your hair done, and would you consider removing it or making it short, because I think you'll look even better with less hair.

Good luck working out, its 10x easier doing it with people because then you have motivation in front of you, so thats great. The workout sounds brutal but after you get into the habit of it you'll stop throwing up and it'll become a little more fun.

When you said you puked when you worked out there's no need to push yourself so hard. When I was doing P90X the guy kept saying stuff about do as many as you can you'll gradually perform the same as they do. You're not designed to keep up with them just yet but that's the goal right? Just take it easy and don't overextend yourself <3 you Boes :D:D
