Start iCCup, create FS D/D+ one on one, rarely a random C- joins the game and imediatelly leaves, [PE] zerg joins and lag, remake and wait til a D enter, usually zerg. Start the game, scout 4'o clock, nothing, scout 8'o clock, nothing, son of a bitch was on 10'o clock. Check for expo, find nothing, try to run up the ramp 6 lings block it and kill the probe. Then late game I get steamrolled by ultra ling lurker. Lose 50 points like a boss. gg

Ladder is nothing really. A recent league demotion really helped me put that in perspective So I use it as a random practice format and find a few buddies who can be bait for new builds or new styles I attempt (such as high harass with macro behind).

Other than that, I just do a very lazy stretch. Make sure my mouse and keyboard are in the right position, my headset is on nice and snug, and basically have my playlist of music ready to go. I do a few other things but their nothing important.

I feel my time is better spent playing an opponent than warming up. I always think warming up is in some way putting off the game you have to play, because you're scared you won't play your best unless you're warmed up. I try not to think about that though, I'd rather just jump right in and start improving my game.
