ok everyday i woke up w/o doing exercise lol i am able to play sc2 like god mode or something.I dont feel drowsy or anything bad,my hands just go smoothly as i want too.So after i came back from work[its not a heavy work FYI], ate dinner and start playing sc2. Usually i play fun games like Team leagues to warm up but for unknown reason my hands are not moving fast and i kept forgetting this and that.

I dont have a particular method to warm up,just wanted to know what you guys do before u start gaming.

No warm up.

Start iCCup, create FS D/D+ one on one, rarely a random C- joins the game and imediatelly leaves, [PE] zerg joins and lag, remake and wait til a D enter, usually zerg. Start the game, scout 4'o clock, nothing, scout 8'o clock, nothing, son of a bitch was on 10'o clock. Check for expo, find nothing, try to run up the ramp 6 lings block it and kill the probe.

Then late game I get steamrolled by ultra ling lurker. Lose 50 points like a boss.

Masturbation does the trick. Make sure to alternate hands.

I actually just play, sometimes YABOT if I'm working on refining a build to refine timings and get the nuances of a build (such as if I float a little gas and am a little mineral starved in X portion of setting up infrastructure I pull workers out or slightly delay adding the geyser alltogether).

Ladder is nothing really. A recent league demotion really helped me put that in perspective So I use it as a random practice format and find a few buddies who can be bait for new builds or new styles I attempt (such as high harass with macro behind).

Cup of coffee and open a plain map like metalopolis. I do my zvp build, 14p 16h 24h, and I macro up as many drones as I can before the 8:00 mark. Maybe I do it 2-3 times if I feel like you do, with slow/inaccurate hands. Once I've got some coffee in me, It's time to ladder.

that's how I do it.

Mentally, I have to be in the mood to play. I tend to play good when I am in a good mood, but if I am stressed out, I would tend to tilt and the games will just go down hill because I will ignore the important stuff.

Other than that, I just do a very lazy stretch. Make sure my mouse and keyboard are in the right position, my headset is on nice and snug, and basically have my playlist of music ready to go.

I do a few other things but their nothing important.

Are you sure? I'm always too tired to play after doing that.

I don't.

I feel my time is better spent playing an opponent than warming up. I always think warming up is in some way putting off the game you have to play, because you're scared you won't play your best unless you're warmed up. I try not to think about that though, I'd rather just jump right in and start improving my game.

I play Multitask. Once I get a score of 180 (it usually takes 1-3 tries for me), I consider myself warmed up.

I usually try and play a few games with friends like some practice 1v1, some 2v2's and whatnot. Its relaxing because losing to a friend doesn't mean much. If no one is on then I do a monobattle or 2 just to get the gears in my head to start going. Other than that before every game I usually stretch my fingers and arms, it sounds wierd but it releases endorphines with will also relax you so you can make better judgements.

I 2gate, first game of the day every time. Great for a warm-up and if your hot keys or sensitivity is off make sure you BM with awkward pauses.

The first thing I do. Eat something and drink some water. Then hit the "Find Match" button before I can even think about doing anything else. After 1-2 games I fill a "water bag" with hot water, warm up my hands, stretch and then hit the "Find Match" button or find practice partners.
