You can try bitmap-to-path conversion (try Inkscape), but I don't think it's going to treat all of that fur very nicely. It will take some work to come out clean (it's your gf, not mine, do your own work). Most t-shirt printers that do screen printing will take vector format images, but this is more expensive -- usually only if you are going to mass produce shirts from the screens. You also pay per color (each color is a screen "stencil"). If you cannot get it nicely vectorized, then... bring it into Gimp, scale up 2x, duplicate, smooth one (clear out pixelization) & sharpen/reduce the other (preserve the edges, maybe there is good edge-detection for pixelized images), blend for a subtle effect. | ||
