क्या आप भी SC2 खेल करते हैं और हिन्दी बोलते हैं?
Hey everyone, I'm a third year Hindi student and I think it would be a good mix of entertainment and study to watch SC2 VODs/content in Hindi, if they exist.
If anyone knows of any SC2 material in Hindi, please respond here. It would be perfect if I could find VODs since I need to work on spoken Hindi, but even just text based stuff such as blogs or guides would also be fun.

well no one would expect a hindi caster ever.
literally 99.9% of india's gaming community speak good(enough) english and will always speak in english while playing any game let alone SC2.
aside from swearing mather chod/behan chod/gaand mein...don't expect more.

Is SC2 big in India? I know the concentration is small, but how about aggregate numbers?

very small, most people are still into WC3/Dota and CS(1.6).
they are all waiting their dota 2 beta keys and global offensive.

Your hindi is pretty good 
Your 1st statement should be 'kya aap bhi sc2 khelte hain?'
'Mein apne sabse acche karunga' is a direct translation from english to hindi, but it doesn't make sense in Hindi ^^
'Mein poori koshish karunga' is i think what you wanted to say.
I wasn't aware people learn Hindi in US. Why are you learning it?

I'm like the polar opposite of you hahaha. I'm born Indian, can understand virtually all Hindi (can't read nor speak) and instead of going ahead and learning it I decided to learn Korean instead. Like the other guys in the thread, you'll probably realize that all the parts of India that you want to access have pretty good grasp of english.
Are you teaching yourself just for fun?

and if you go to india not even every part speaks hindi. So english is really the only choice you have unless you dont want to leave the hindi speaking regions

It's awesome that other people are interested even if nothing's been made yet--hopefully that means if some content comes out people will post about it on TL.

Thanks for the corrections, sometimes it's hard to remember not to mentally translate English into Hindi. Poori koshish karunga is what I wanted to say, yea.
Oh yea, Hindi is definitely taught at the University level at quite a few places in the US, but it's also relatively rare. Mainly only schools that budget a good amount of money into their international/global studies department would hire someone.
Most of the people in my classes learned spoken Hindi at home because their parents are Indian or come from Indian families, and mainly take Hindi to learn how to write it. But it's taught as a comprehensive course, beginning at no prior knowledge. It's also not that popular, lol. There's only 5 other people in my class this semester, at this level (categorized as intermediate-advanced, but I wouldn't say that I speak "advanced" Hindi).
A couple of people asked why I'm learning Hindi; it's because I'm studying Asia and specifically India/Pakistan, my major has me taking Hindi-Urdu as a combined language. I had more of an interest in Urdu originally, but the faculty at my school mainly teaches in Hindi. I learned Urdu script as translated from Hindi Devanagari, when I was about a year into the language. My main area of interest at school is Pakistan, Islam and U.S.-Pakistani relations.
