So, I just got a US BNET account, and start laddering in the US. Reached with ease Top Masters, and stop playing in that server. I should say, that i'm from EU.
In the past week i started to play in the NA Playhems, and reached good results, like 2x ro32 being dropped by Top GM's.
Tonight i started laddering again, got a fast and swipe 3-0 victory, and queued again, cus i'm always hungry for juicy ladder points.
A Protoss, a ZvP, my worst matchup, and I only though, meh, another one to rape.
Map, Shakuras Plateau, proxy positions by air. My plan was to check if he was Forge Feeing, and therefore block his Nexus with a Hatchery+cancel+Evo.
When i popped out 6lings to pressure the single cannon, I find out that I was trapped inside my main. So far so good, I lost that match, vs an Unbeliavable gateway army after my nydus+roach+hydra failed attempt. "That was some huge baller army from 2base" I though to myself.
Queued again, same opponent. I raged a bit against him in the after match talk. This time map was Tal'darim, and so I tried to do an 11-18 Build. Got my 6lings, but when I got there, he already had 3 cannons... Without scouting. Who does 1pylon+3cannons without scouting? The game went on, and I lost to an UNBELIAVABLE GATEWAY ARMY +2 Blink +10sentrys push.
I went to check replay of both games, and yes, he's a hacker with a score in ladder of: 98-19 -.-«' Checked his carrer status. Both last seasons he was Top Bronze. And nope, not a farmer..
So, here are both replays: 1st Game 2nd Game

So, why is he a hacker? (i.e. what hacks did he use?)
|
|
Oh i forgot to mention, in Tal'darim, he spent like 8min with only those 2 cannons in the entrance no sentrys no nothing. If i just ling/roach all in, he wouldve died. But, he felt safe all the time? Really?
|
u do understand its rlly hard to catch a map hacker who isn't a complete moron...aka...someone who doesn't constantly look over the fog of war...will be incredibly hard to stop...
Example: I make eng bay ---> tower in front of base against ANY protoss incase of DT's...if people watch replay u could say i map hacked and spotted DT's
|
Yes i realize that. But i also realize the no scouting-pylonblock-cannon in my main that he did in Shakuras..
|
What about the "UNBELIAVBLE GATEWAY ARMY"? You seem to think he might have hacked production as well.
|
thats just the awesome response he had vs my army type, thats all. As I far as I can see, he has a BO like this:
Forge FE Stargate - 1void only 6gate blink+2 all in.
|
Seems like he is map hacking frankly from rep 2 at least
|
what about rep1? where he just blindly blocks me?

That second replay is quite lolsy, you should watch it.

I watched that game, and other than complete and utter dumb luck, he was maphacking you. Theres 2 instances where he looks into your main with fog of war. The first one is right before he blindly pylon blocks you. Looks like he glanced through the fog of war and looked at your spawning pool timing.
Im pretty sure no one with decent skill would neglect to scout you the whole game, and blindly make 3 pylons and a cannon without ever scouting any bases or even checking to see if you were actually there. Also it seems like he started putting random pylons around his base once you made the nydus worm, so that he could kill it without being called a hacker. It just really really looks like he already knew it was coming and was trying to cover his tracks.
Sadly, Blizzard wont do a thing about this guy, and he will continue to go unnoticed, fucking up the ladder.

You should watch the replays if you have some time, Plexa. You'll fall outta your chair and ROTFL. Seriously, what his opponent did is hillarious.
|
I think I read somewhere that map hacks have an option to lock camera or something; make it look like you are looking at your base when you really aren't; so take that into consideration~. Anyways - 2nd rep pretty funny lollll
|
trollll knew exactly where your third was on rep2 =.=;; is there really no way to report players like this? :C
|
Yes, that proxy at the third and sending the void ray to your hidden base was priceless. His opponent throws out the ol' "ez"at the end of the game too. Hell, if you were hacking the game would be "ez" for you too.
|
lol my god... 2nd rep.. report this guy =/
|
You know, all this clamoring over hackers in SC2 actually makes me laugh because you could maphack all day in BW and still suck horribly and lose everything. =P
Sucks that people seem to be so inclined to ruin the game. Warcraft 3 got so bad at times with various hackers that I had to quit playing. Same with Counterstrike Source. I think that might've been the reason I got into BW so much in the first place. Hacking has to be dealt with. No mercy. I abhor hackers.
|
Well, I believe that Blizzard should be doing something to counter this attempts to fool us, the honest players..
|
Yeah but I doubt they will. Its blizz after all, when they ban hackers its in waves, not immediately.
|
Lol, I just played this guy. He is a total map hacker, as you can see, he blindly 20 food nexus'd WITHOUT SCOUTING WITH A probe. Then he transitioned into a 5 gate in order to deal with my 5 rax after expand pressure. He didnt even see my main... or my natural. Also, REPONDS to my drops instantaneously.
>REPORT<
replay here.

Judging by the way your account name is spelled, it suggests to me that you might be kind of young. So let me break this down to help you out. For the rest of your gaming career, in any game, if you think that someone might be hacking then just play out the game/round as best as you can. Then just change servers if its a FPS/MMO game, or wait a little bit then search for another game if its RTS.
It's just not worth your time. Also, I can guarantee you that the hacker doesn't care. Maybe deep down in their little pathetic soul they will be sad for like a day about the account getting banned, however its just not worth your time.
I played a lower-key FPS//RPG for a while and there was this guy that I always knew was hacking. The game makers were terrible at stopping hackers. This guy even was on the community forums constantly saying he didn't hack. Because the game wasn't that popular and we were both high ranked we met a lot on the servers. I would usually just change after matching him. A few months went by of the same shit, and he finally got banned for hacking. He said 'it was fun trolling you guys for a year lolol i'm out'. So all that time I wasted trying to confront him was completely pointless in the end.
Every game will have hackers. There's people in this world that I believe literally sit behind their computer screen and get a hard-on while using hacks, and need to use hacks to beat people just to feel good about them selves. Like honestly, if I went and played IdrA with map hacks on and beat him I wouldn't even feel accomplished. It's just fucking stupid to me.
So to finalize I just want to say that you shouldn't waste one second of your life saving the reps of a hacker and writing a blog to the community to expose him. In reality you're just going to be the loser of the situation when he really is at the moment. Just que up again and game bro, don't let the hacker take up your time. GL HF.

He just tried to map hack Dragon on stream. Dragon had 1/3 the supply of him and Dragon STILL won.

Just the fact that he went from Bronze to Masters in one season raises questions...

I understand your view but this is exactly the kind of attitude that lets hackers run rampant, when people just sit on the side and do nothing to help stop them. It ruins the game and I for one appreciate threads like these that warn me about cheaters.
It's also not like Blizzard is the type of company that does nothing, they take hacking very seriously and actively work to clean the game from hackers.

I just played him and I confirm this.
"if your not cheating you're not trying hard enough"

Stop making new accounts to further validate yourself.

wow no. That was my first post ever on TL, I am here to contribute to the case not accuse people of trying to manipulate data. You might check our SC2 profiles before throwing around accusations like that.

Here, proof that he's using maphack. Just watch from his vision as he sends his first probe directly into the corner of my base cross maps on Shakuras for a proxy 2 gate.

No problem about the disagreeing thing dude. Lets talk about it more.
So let me ask you, what are you going to do about it? I downloaded programs like fraps to help record hackers, submitted well written/proof of hacking. They still don't instant ban.
Now back to blizz. I played wc3 for like 7 years. There were sooooo many times where hackers were found in day 1 of a patch and there wouldn't be a ban for literally 7-8 months. Then "herp derp" blizzard would come out with a thread: "We banned 30,000 accounts!" We are doing a great job!!!
No blizzard, you aren't. You just let me play vs disc hackers/map hackers for months, instead of instantly banning when we sent in the reports.
Once again, I must state my point again. It's literally a waste of time in most of the big time games out there today. Let me know if you have any other information. Exposing someone on an AKA in the community will do nothing IMO. I could go drop 50 bucks on a new aka that nobody knows about and hack for 3 months, get my 50 bucks worth it by playing vs top pros.
Does anyone really care if some guy named xxNdsnfjxx is a hacker?
