2. Drop cardio and just weight-lift by benching, squatting, and deadlifting. You're not going to lose any significant weight with cardio, whereas weight-lifting will drastically destroy calories faster per minute than running will. 3. Diet is huge. At least start out by cutting soda, alcohol, or other sugary drinks like milkshakes. 4. Check out this girl's progress with just weight-lifting (and no cardio) in just 6 months. | ||

I'm going to join you. I went from 265 to 195 about 5 years ago. Then you get lazy, and I'm back up to 240. Back then my inspiration was a bunch of assholes at school. With a nice girlfriend, and a decent job, I'm relying on you to be my inspiration this time! Sheth fighting! (regretting eating fish and chips for lunch yesterday, thanks!) | ||
