Hello, I am a NA protoss in need of a coach. I am a platinum. I have been playing since December 2010. i am looking to become a very serious starcraft player in the future with top placing in MLG, NASL, TSL, ext.. However now, I am just looking to improve my play. I am looking for a long-term coach who will be willing to do multiple sessions a week with me.
I am looking to improve on all aspects of my game, including the following -
- SCOUTING
- Counters to what I see when I scout
- Unit mixes
- Micro
- Build orders
- Improvement on ingame decision making
-hotkey setups
One thing i really need help in is improving my APM. I have a master level knowledge of the game but simply don't have the APM to do what is needed. In so many places I know what I need to do but I can't do them all and need to prioritize what I should do first.

Just.599 reporting for duty! I use to be top ten Zerg (Point wise) in the USA. I was frequently placed in the top 200. I will train you like no other human would for no personal gain of myself other than to see my pupil grow and become the greatest SC2 player of all time. We will have to set up a very rigorous training schedule.
First will have to get to your diet. We need you eating quick accessible meals so you have more time to practice. You will no longer being eating with your family as that takes you away from the computer too long. While you eat you must be watching pro replays and writing down everything they do that you think is vital.
Wednesday through Friday we will be working on your common sense and reactionary skills. These will most likely be 12 to 14 hour gaming periods so you will really have to focus during these days. Saturday through Monday we will be playing 20 games a day minimum against every player i deem an appropriate challenge. Tuesday will be the day I force you to play the best players... Trust me I have connections I can get them.
Finally after 6 months of training I will pay for your plane ticket and we will depart towards Korea. I will of course pay for your expenses. Once there you will proceed to win the GSL code S and be the greatest Starcraft player ever.
As for me... I came back to ensure the world that it no longer need Just.599... Future generations have always resided in mortal hands and after my task is done I will take my place amongst the legends of the past.

lol not really my birthday.. I just put January 1st for my birthday on everything i register to  ..
And no I am in no way wanting or am taking the easy way out, I just don't like general tips that aren't specific because I am looking to play at a higher level then what "general tips" work with.

General tips ARE what get you to a high level. Theres no secret behind them, other than you HAVE to invest time to practice what the tips tell you. No amount of coaching/TL guides will get you there. Tips are merely to guide you in the right direction. A "full time" coach will tell you exactly what every general tip suggests.

Just my personal opinion but until you atleast hit Diamond, preferably Masters, your not going to get much out of coaching.
Just play man. Set a goal, 10 wins a day, and go from there. I was actually shocked how fast I progressed once I just started trying a little bit.
In all honesty getting to Diamond is pretty easy, once your there you learn that your bad and have to fight your way through that.
Basically, play to have fun and learn. Work on your mechanics and be precise. Unit composition means alot, but strong macro is better.
Use the resources around you. Watch streams, see how people react to situations you see yourself in.
Use the Liquipedia.
If what your looking for is an excuse to be lazy and get *good* from someone teaching you, well, Idk go play hot wheels or something.

If you have been playing since December 2010 and your still in platinum, i don't think placing high at MLG's is in the picture. sorry to crush your dreams buddy.

There's nothing wrong with having a high goal.
While I'm mid masters at best, I wouldn't mind helping you out a couple times a week if you're interested. Let me know.

you will never be able to become a pro if you've been playing over a year and still in NA plat. To quote lastshadow if you've been playing more then 4 months and your not in at least low masters, give up trying to be good at this game

I don't ladder, I play customs, and I am in diamond but I got there with 4gating (all i did for the first 6months of SC2 or so ), so I just consider myself platinum since i 4gating to diamond

Unless you pay someone, not many people will want to be your long-run coach. I mean why would they want to spend their personal time to a total stranger? Also I doubt whether you have Masters knowledge, good in-game decision with OKish APM will get you to Masters without a problem.

And fuck teachers , while we're at it! I'm not paying no goddamn money to have people teach me what I could learn in a book just by spending a few hours of my time! Psshhh! Stupid school. What a waste of time. Everything I needed to learn about math, I learned on 9/11.
People are just so lazy sometimes! It really pisses me off.
