No, I don't believe you are being a retard. There is nothing wrong with wanting an answer as to why things have progressed the way they did but if she refuses to mention why, there's not much you can do I'm afraid. Maybe she believes that she is protecting you by not telling you or maybe not but it's hard to tell. As long as you tried your best, you should be satisfied. Just enjoy the fireworks and realize that it's a brand new year which can bring waves of change :D

No, I didn't, however I think he was just trying to annoy me. She asked me lateron why I never took him serious, and I said that I would trust her.

In addition to that, I couln't find out the truth anyways. This guy is just a fucking retard and I know I can't talk seriously with him. And talking to her... well, I don't know if that would be something she'd like to talk with me about if it's true, so I highly doubt that she'd give me the correct answer if it's the case.

That sucks pretty badly, man. I feel for you, same thing kinda happened to me a little bit ago. Basically, seems like she's with the other dude, and she's going with the "better, best" mentality (that's not to say he's a better person than you, just what she sees in you). And it just sucks. You're both interested in each other, things are good, they're going to get better, then she's a beazy and goes with another guy.

Meh, probably not all that you thought she was. Good thing you found out early, many other girls out there, make a blog when you find a new one.

You're not being a retard. You're committing the same mistake basicly 95% of men do in their lives: They think of a girl they barely know that she's the only possible love of her live. Consider the chances of that. There are so many girls out there. She's not "the one". Everytime you will try to "start a relationship" by telling her that "she has to be the one" she will most likely not appreciate it.

Escalate (touch, kiss, have sex) first. Let her start the relationship talk.

You did not "suffer a very similar experience", you made the same mistakes as he did. It is not "entirely her problem". She is not a "dumb bitch". Start taking some responsibility for your own actions before pitying someone who didn't do that instead of providing him with a solution as to how he can prevent that the next time a situation like this comes around.
