For most people, going to the dentist once every 6 months is a good idea, however, you don't need to see the actual dentist each time. I have an arrangement where I am called every 6th month then I make an appointment. ½ the times I go to the actual dentist for some checking etc. and ½ the times I just go to the clinique's assistant who cleans my teeth and removes tartar It depends very much on your personal oral hygiene as well as the natural bacteria flow in your saliva. Also, going to the dentist is expensive in DK as well as in the US, however not going to the dentist usually ends up being even more expensive... Just saying | ||
