Sorry if you came in here expecting a standard "these are a bunch of songs I like, bambambam" blog, but that's not what's here. One of my greatest passions in life is guitar and I'm trying to get bigger on writing songs. Specifically, I write chill acoustic songs on a 50 year old guitar that my grandmother bought and is now on it's third generation. : )
Anyways I've written a few before and posted them in here looking to see if people actually liked them or if only my friends/family do because they have to. ^_^ I havent managed to get a ton of responses but at the very least it seems like some people do indeed like it ! I've made a whole new thread for both the ones before but that's dumb and I don't want to keep stealing blog spots in the sidebar. : )
So I'm just gonna start throwing them in here and bumping when I do a new one. : D
But yeah, a few notes. My biggest guitar influence is probably Buckethead (the chill stuff, think Colma or Electric Tears), though he's of course much much much better than me. :D It's always one guitar, my mic is kinda shoddy and I'm hoping to pick up a new one come Christmas, and yes mistakes totally happen since it's typically one take with only a rough idea of how I want the song to go. Still, I wouldn't put it here if I wasn't rather satisfied with it ! This most recent one is pretty low on le volume (like crank volume + headphones kinda low T_T) but I hope its okay !
