EPTI want to incorporate some joking and offensive humor and I basically want to know... how low can I go?
Is there a risk I will be sued or something if I make racist jokes or something of the sort?

If you want to be low and cheap with your humor, then do it as long as it is natural and not just a poor attempt to draw in viewers like reality television. Novelty isn't a lifetime effect. Offensive behavior is punishable: post, upload, or distribute any Lifecaster Content or other content that is unlawful or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, offensive, indecent, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, distressing, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate; Section 8 of Prohibited Conduction, section 4. | ||

Mainly focusing on commentating to my games ofc. And me having racist jokes isnt exactly new... been doing them forever. Just wanted to know if they're allowed on stream that's all. Also thanks for the tips so far! | ||
