 + Show Spoiler + As you asked for critique, I guess I would say that at points things don't quite merge as they should. \\The pink lightning has an odd perspective, it seems really in the foreground, or like it was drawn on afterwards \\The base of the tower doesn't seem real, but as it goes up it does \\The swirling cloud doesn't blend in with the surrounding cloud, and with the height of the tower it seems a lot lower down. If it was that low, and not up at cloud level, it would have a more 3-dimensional aspect to it (height) instead of a flat disc. That's just what I thought, not that I have any idea how to fix it. I couldn't do that, keep doing more. | ||

The bird The spinning clouds by the tower And the far right lightning strike Also, the smoke above the volcano looks really weird. Try to blend it a little better. I would also color the water as it really throws off the dark mood you're trying to give. Also try to darken the clouds above the lightning a little because... they stand out too much. You want focus to be on the tower, not on the lightning. Try to play around with white brushes on overlay and lighten and various other lighting methods to try to get more of a focus and spot light on your tower, which is what I'm assuming is your focal point. Pretty nice though | ||

The lighting is totally off, the lightning and smoke is gaussian blurred into a mess, the tower source photo's resolution was far too low, you didn't make any effort to actually make the base of the tower attach to the ground. And why is the left side of the tower fading out? The wierd dragon thing looks like a sticker...there isn't any texture period on the background "towers" (are they supposed to look like two levitating sharpies and a crayon?) I guess if you were going for a campy look then you achieved that but you could use some photoshop tutorials otherwise | ||
