But yeah, as someone mentioned you can just search "how wrote:" and it will show where you've been quoted.

For some reason whenever I see someone stream with TL up in the back ground I get a faint pleasure. It's good to know that they know basically have the same resources as us. Ya, exactly. Its not like a professional sports athlete where they have an athletic trainer, specialized coaches, etc. We have access to most everything they use, the difference is only in how they put it to use and how much time they put into it. I remember growing up in sports, and seeing how the more affluent kids would tend to more skilled at the sports they did because there parents could pay for special lessons and training programs or what have you. The thing I love about starcraft is that if you have the game, and you have time, you can potentially improve to the same level as anyone else without any kind of extra cost or privilege.

I've also had frequent conversations with the likes of Chef and Cambria and Hot_Bid, and I suppose Riku has made herself a minor celebrity on the forums with whom I have had many lighthearted exchanges. And she goes to school with qxc! That's what I love about TL. We - from scrubby Bronze-leaguers to average Platinums to the pros themselves - all have this place to chat and hang out as well as the game(s) with which we have our fun together. The Starcraft community is awesome this way. I totally don't search my name on a bi-weekly basis. Nope, not me, just found this post by shear luck. Actually, I really appreciate that about Team Liquid, too. It's also really nice to see that mods and celebs of sorts are just as active on the forums as most posters. It really helps build the community and makes it a true TEAM forum and not a fan forum.

I don't get the whole pride someone gets from someone who is well-known quoting you. Well, I guess its because I treat everyone the same. That and I played with and against lots of the major personalities for almost a decade. They're pretty much my peers. Only difference is they continued to pursue their e-Sports dream and I didn't. There are a lot of prominent people who post here. Some of which are celebrities in their own right and we'll never know all their identities. We've got people from Pixar to NBA players to Blizzard employees... yadda yadda yadda the list goes on. One thing is for sure. It's a ridiculously good community and it always has been. It starts with the major players as well. This includes everyone from Liquid`Cobalt to Liquid`Zephyr. The laws of attraction. If you have good synergy going it will only attract more.
