I say USA and not NA because to be fair Canada has a tons more skill than the US.
But anyway i had a sudden Epiphany of how the US is possibly, just as if not more influential to E-Sports than the rest of the foreign community. With out directly supporting skilled players (Few exceptions of course ex. IdrA...) the US dishes possibly the most money for tournaments at lesat major tournaments (all the small EU tournaments do add up eventually) for ex. NASL and MLG.
The US also has the greatest people to offer E-Sports I will list my personal favorites sorry if i miss some.
Day9 Tasteless Artosis Husky DJ Wheat Painuser (im actually not sure ) Tyler Incontrol HuK (Dual citizen so eh)
But thats just off the top of my head so although US may suck at PLAYING SC were the best in keeping it entertaining.
*Yes this is literally just a rebuttal to all the EU's who always put down the NA ladder and it makes me sad
I know this is literally a NA vs EU but its not my intention just my blog and im pointing out how useful the US is useful to SC2 because as of late i've always been wondering what the US does to help out E-Sports
Flame if you want eh i dont really care just pointing out that we suck player wise but personality wise we excel
It helps that US is a larger country that also has the advantage of a shared language that most people in EU can understand, while only select people in NA can understand usually only a single European language. In otherwords, US has the advantage of a larger people pool and a far wider potential audience.
Also, as an American, it hurts me that a whole post is dedicated to the fact that we are the ugly girls in high school but underneath it all we are really nice.

your right i didn't mean it like as a USA WE ARE BETTER PEOPLE i meant just the selected amount of people contributing to E-sports
There are lots of shitty americans such as me who made this thread to just boast about america

Never even thought of it that way.
to be fair im a fan of Rotterdam hes pretty hilarious guy
So much of this sounds like an inferiority complex though I can't determine who it's for.. probally because the complex isn't justified. Please make more structured threads man, even the discussing is so random and offtopic And say NA cus people won't complain half as much

Seriously why are americans always so sassy with superiority remarks?"HEY GUYZ E-SPORTZ IS BETTER IN THE U.S JUST SAYIN'.
Its literally just a superiority complex, like in every country you learn your countries history America has never lost a war (Vietnam-->Conflict) and through out american history WW1 and WW2 its always America saves the European (thats debatable of course i'm just stating how it was in textbooks) but when your growing up i guess i never thought about it but when your in class with fellow americans and the teacher goes well after the collapse of the Soviet Union the US if the only super power remaining thats the complex.
Of course this doesn't apply to everyone thats more of my own personal experience
And i never said E-sports was better in the US just saying how we contribute to the scene less with players more with supporting actions.
* I sound like a barin washed american haha but i understand all to well the dark secrets of America (Slavery, Native Americas etc...) so its not like im just AMERICA IS THE BEST its just nationalism.

Khaldor is pretty cool too. And the guy who did the Homestory cups (sry, can't remember the name). And Nazgul, duh.
But yeah, there seems to be a group of Americans who did a lot for ESPORTS when SC2 came out.

Generalization much? Americans are always sassy with superiority remarks? This isn't helping the already doomed thread lol
Thats ok, i knew this thread wouldn't go somewhere productive its just my rant trying to protect my virtual pride over the internet which really doesnt mean much.

Oh right Khalador the only thing i remember about him is his bald head and how he opened the beer bottle using the table and i thought THIS guy smashes nerd face haha.
What was this blogs catalyst; that hurt your pride? What I mean to say is I've never felt unjustly insulted for being American without the person being temp'd eventually.

Considering that you've never seen a beer bottle opened on a table before, I guess it kind of makes sense that it took you this long to realize that a big ass country with a lot of influence and a lot of money might kind of be important to the scene
Personally I do find it amusing how Americans are generalized. 3rd largest country in the world in population; 4th in size; and yet we're almost always generalized as one group.
