Trying to figure out a Mixed Drink Commercial

dabom88 United States3483 Posts October 18 2011 07:08 GMT #1 Like a month or so ago while watching TV while running on a treadmill, I watched a commercial that was advertising an alcohol. It had a guy in like a kitchen/bar showing you how to make a mixed drink with it. The only ingredient I remember is cranberry juice. The commercial worked on me because I went and bought some cranberry juice, but I can't remember the name of the alcohol they were advertising. I don't have a TV myself so I don't watch many commercials, so can anyone help me figure out what alcohol company's commercial it was?

IVFearless United States165 Posts October 18 2011 11:52 GMT #6 2 parts Citron Vodka, 1 part Cointreau (or Triple Sec), 1 part lime juice (fresh is best) and 2 parts Cranberry Juice is a Cosmo. I'm partial to 3 parts Cognac, 2 parts Cranberry Juice, 1 part Triple Sec, 2 parts Tonic and an Orange Slice (as a garnish). Though, at that point, you're better off just skipping the extra stuff and going 2 parts Cognac, 1 part Triple Sec, 1 part Lemon Juice (Sidecar). If you're looking for something that doesn't require any additional ingredients go get a bottle of brandy and mix equal parts on ice. Or, if you have Tonic (or ginger ale/sprite) get some Vodka and mix it 1/2/2 (Vodka/Cranberry Juice/Mixer).
