Dangerous to our health? O_O

StalinRusH United States734 Posts October 12 2011 08:08 GMT #1 Well i'v been setting up my groups trip to MLG Providence and well...the searching for a hotel that iv done has had...sketchy results as far as the area goes. I mean one said "We were in an environment that was dangerous to your health." I mean my god i don't wanna die...so i though i would ask the vast community of TL on nice areas to stay (if not hotel where others are staying). We aren't looking for the super cheapest but would rather not spend a fortune, preferably under 100 a night and within a reasonable distance unless its just better to drive it out. So TL can you help a fellow TLer out with this dilemma? PS: Anyone have any idea when sc2 and possibly LoL will be played?

micronesia United States24767 Posts October 12 2011 10:32 GMT #2 I think all the places near the convention center are booking up judging from the search I've done so far (no surprise). Not sure how good public transportation is if you want to book further away.

I'm sure on Katella they have a pretty early and late running bus but still the transportation services in California are bad when compared to other countries etc. Also, you're not going to be spending all your time at the motel right? Then who cares if it's a motel 6 or super 8. They aren't roach infested cum dumpsters with black mold growing out of the corpse in the closet. They're good enough.
