Good luck OP. Sayle, I think a lot of people find your streams entertaining. I don't think anyone who likes the game this much ever leaves forever, unless they start playing WOW, in which case fsm rest their souls. | ||

My worst reaction to a game is "bah, fuck" and moving on to something else. Such extreme reactions only occur when a game crashes on me after not saving for a few hours or something similar. I could never imagine damaging my property out of sheer frustration. It sounds like a good idea that you stop playing them for a few months. | ||

While I don't destroy my own property or anything, if you have a competitive side or you are just a competitive person in general you will see why people can get so emotionally invested. Just like in sports, people hate losing especially competitive people (i'm the same way). Its hard to explain it to a person who isn't like that (not saying its good or bad) but if you are a really competitive person you just get angry about losing and always strive to be better. | ||

I dislike losing and I strive to get better at even the most pointless things when I do badly (like that one summer where my game of choice was 1 card draw solitaire...27 second record). I just don't understand the point of getting enraged at losing or not doing particularly well in something. It doesn't improve you in any way and it's not a hard habit to lose if you want to. | ||
