Recently I traveled to the UK & Paris. I will be releasing a series of blogs talking about what I did there. There will be pictures included. Some funny. Some serious. And at the end i"ll be releasing some thoughts I had on the trip. Probably nothing much to you guys, but fairly important to me lol.

Here is an outline of what is to come.

1) Lol people take a lot for granted in the US
(Even in Paris & the UK there were a lot of invasions of privacy/scary things the US doesn't normally tolerate. And people are always like o.o lucky americans)

I'll explain more in a later blog. Note the bizarre accessories.
2) Suburbans are useless & Prius are overrated
(My car may be old and only 18mpg, but there really isn't anything it can't do short of haul wood or 8 people ffs No reason for a 6mpg behemoth of a shitty thing.) When you can get a hyundai sedan with only 5mpg less than a prius, no batteries, and waaayyy less, it makes you reconsider the whole point of a prius.

This car got 53 mpg. It fit four people, their luggage, and food. Easysauce.
3) My mom has issues >.>

4) Koreans travel everywhere, and in huge mobs
I was courteous. Didn't take photos.
5) I now know enough korean to have really short awkward grammatically incorrect conversations with koreans >.>

6) Riots suck
Did not take pictures. Too dark, moving too fast. (cop cars that is)
7) Scotland ftw

8) Lolwut is with the drinking age (And the good little child legally drinks half a pint >.>)
As my scottish friend put it, the only worse thing than a picture of yourself taken by yourself, is a picture of yourself while holding a beer.
9) Whatever else i think of, because i"m missing stuff

Is this a tourist trap? Yeah? A premiere center of learning? yeah.
10) Photography

Pretty and stuff.
11) Stuff is old in the UK

Don't worry. Pictures of jets over pristine lakes, and helicopters over stonehenge will ensue.
12) My thoughts on my future (or lack thereof)

Same thing I thought when I visited the US, just the other way around ^^
The scary interview on entry and the finger print scanner still give me shivers.

Lol. I noticed that like literally every border patrol agent in the US, even the small asian women, have a pistol.

In the UK there weres a couple cops with guns.

The weirdest to me of all was France though. A bunch of unarmed border patrol agents, and then a couple of foreign legion guys with assault rifles out >.>

This is because the country is considered to be under a constant terrorist threat, so the touristic places are also defended by military patrols. It's called the "Vigipirate" plan (lamest name ever).

That and the fact that France is not used to not being at war with its neighbours so they don't really know what to do with their army anymore.

Edit: also, gun control is strong in France, so armed criminals are pretty rare and quite noticeable. The police rarely uses their guns as you can't legally shoot an unarmed person.
