Apologies for the crappy lighting in some of the pics. The venue was dark and I turned off the flash as to not distract players. The auto-focus then didn't work well in low-light, so sorry for the fuzziness too.

Yeah, I was curious why I didn't see more pics blogs from this or other MLGs. I just have a dinky point-and-shoot, there were people with much better cameras taking more pics. Post them people!

I don't know if kawaii signing a dude's chest is adorable, creepy, or both. I think it's both.
Awesome pictures dude, I think the coolest parts of tournaments like these are when the players are interacting with fans and other players, where you get to see their personalities shine through.

Thanks guys! @Alokiya, I agree. Both. @AnxiousHippo, unfortunately I can only go local, so Los Angeles area. No Raleigh or Providence for me. Sucks because I'm from Rhode Island, and we never had any big gaming events, much less the MLG Grand Championship (or whatever they call it), when I was growing up...

Good pics, but sometimes you should really ask if you can take certain pics. For example, you caught Ken, TLO, Hot_Bid and Jinro off-guard. I'm sure you would have got nicer pictures if you asked. There is a time and place for everything.

@StarStruck, the pics you're talking about were mostly when they were in the players area, and I was far away zoomed in all the way. They were candids, not posed shots. Unless they noticed the brief orange autofocus light, I think it was less imposing than others taking pics with the flash on or bothering players/staff when they were busy.
