I lived in a house without an ac one summer (it reached 46C there as well).
If you have a bath tub, take an ice-bath. Otherwise take cold showers.
Leave all the windows in your house open.
Make sure you keep drinking water.
If you have a yard, or a friend has a yard, sleep in a hammock outside.
Find somewhere you can go during the hottest part of the day, such as a library, that has air conditioning.
Any place underground will be naturally cooler, so see if you can find a basement to hang out in.

Minnisota the place we snow and it gets really really cold. How cold? It was 156 degrees hotter then the record low for our state. And It was 105 around here. Even the nighttime was a solid 89 with rainstorm humidity where your windows fog up like crazy when you try to put the air condioner on in your car. Thats crazy and unsafe I didn't live here for the heat I live here to be away from all the crappy weather and live with the cold and snow.
Crazy ass Celcius What is this Ferigner land? This be Americer fool.(spits)
One last thing you give you perspective. I got trench foot from going to a music festival last week. fucking trench foot.
41.66666666666667C = 105F. Not sure if you're counting the humidity factor or not.
46C = 114.8F. That's what it is here right now (with humidity)
Also, what's with the hostility? I didn't make this thread for this crap... just wanted to complain about the weather in general.

Heat index was 130 here (ND) on Tuesday ~_~

Dude, I fucking know. I'm in MTL and I'm sizzling like a pancake. The weather outside is fucked up. From my window I see it go dark to light to rainy to windy.

Well then, remind me never to go to ND. Jesus Christ.
"41–54 °C 105–130 °F Danger — heat cramps, and heat exhaustion are likely; heat stroke is probable with continued activity over 54 °C over 130 °F Extreme danger — heat stroke is imminent"
From wikipedia.
That's pretty much as crazy as it gets.

That brings me hope. We haven't had a dark cloud here yet so I hope we get them soon.

Oh something for you Quebecois :B

Florida is always like this...during "winter" it can be 88 degrees F one day, and 25 the next day...
very consistent out int he Western US, though, it's nice

I feel for you man... same problem here in north of Sweden >.<
Those things, dunno what they're called in english, but you freeze them and keep them in cooling bags... Or in my case behind the knees, and when they get warm, somewhere on my chest, and after that, it should be warm enough to be placed behind your spine (wrap it in a towel or wear a shirt tho...). Quickly lowers body temperature for quite some time, put it back in the freezer, and when you've started sweating unctronrollably again, take the next one! =)

Ahah I remember that summer. I had to walk like 30 minutes in the rain each day for several months T_T. I didn't hate it as much as that guy apparently though.

I'm playing golf tomorrow in this junk LOL.
It's going to be over 100F (37.8C) with heat index... and there will be scattered thunderstorms... I bought this HUGE umbrella to hook up to my push cart to hide under for most of the day LOL.

Move to Seattle then. Because: 1. The weather here is consistently about 10-20C. 2. Has a lot of Starcraft 3. Riku 4. Bill Gates

That can make is seem like it goes from 88 to 25, but really it is just a short phase and usually you get a good day or two of transition.
Of course the whole heat wave that is killing all the snow birds ain't nothing but a thing down here. It has been a little hotter than usual, even for summer, but everyone is used to it. The pool and beach have been awesome when it hasn't been raining.

You should really consider moving into an island near the equator.
Example hawaii the all time temperature record there is only 38 celcius (100 farenheit), and the minium exluding mountain tops is about 16 celcius (60 farenheit). Usually its 30 celcius summer and 25 winter tough.
You would know what to expect on a daily basis. Nice and warm.

I'm pretty sure I'd pass out if I tried to jerk off.
