These videos are what got me interested in competetive SC2. Watching players doing strats I would have never dreamed of and creating such fun and entertaining matches bonded me to the competetive scene.
Fruit fucking Dealer
GSL open season 1, zerg the worst race in the history of the world, one man battles through every cheese all-in and OP strat to find his way to victory. The ultimate story of overcoming the odds. I was now officially hooked to GSL.
JINROOOOOO (and a little IdrA) in Korea
After reading on TL about how bad foreigners are at SC and how much Korea fucking rules, finally a hero/heros shown light on a dark dark discussion. Jinro fucking pwned little korean nerds with his huge chin and massive manner while IdrA pwnd a little less with some BM and troll face. Watching Jinro reach ro4 twice and give hope to the entire world outside Korea that this might actually be a global game. Watching Jinro play live deep in GSL tournies gets my shit going I'm pumped just writing about it.
Dreamhack
This is the best run, live tournament in the world. The stream kicks ass, the commentators rule (apollo is not my favorite but who the fuck cares its DAY 9), the games always seem to kick ass and we got to hear "Koreans own white dudes" on the main stage. I couldn't be more hyped about DH Summer 11

The GSTL
The most entertaining thing coming from Korea. Can anyone name me a time they were bored watching this? no. because its fucking breath taking. MMA, DRG, Alicia, say what the fuck is up cause your the future of SC2, guess where you all got noticed first, Teamliquid. Then the GSTL took you to prime time and now your SC2 household names. THE DONG HAS RISENNN AGAIN.

Thorzain's skrawny scandanavian ass takes on the MLG rapist (this isn't a stream so its cool right inc?) and right when you think Naniwa is about to get comfortable, thorzain whips out his 10 inch, puts it on the table and says "dinners served"

Second chances for MLG and NASL
We're American, we fuck up but then we own face. MLG Dallas = letting the brits own us MLG Columbus = PWNing the Brits. MLG Columbus was the bees tits, it was everything and more I want out of a SC2 mosh pit. Great games sick sick sick casters and free HQ fridays. (I wish they had a club-like announcer with some echo being like FREE HQ FRIDAYS ITS GOING DOWNNN). NASL week 1 and 2 = Slavery in the US, NASL weeks 3+ = Black president... The first weeks were awkward and wrong. Many mistakes were made and now I watch the NASL with utter delight every night its on. Incontrol is a dopeass caster and gretorp is. I love how te NASL has made me a more refined fan of certain players.
GORDON HAYWARD PLAYING SC2 and CHILL COMMENTATING
This is what inspired this blog. This is the coolest thing for me because of how avid a sports fan I am. I love basketball and to see a pro player dicking around on ustream with a mic and camera playing my favorite game was just awesome. If day9 knows whats good for him he will take him every tuesday (newbie tuesdays) and bring him to masters, that would be the most epic thing I could think of. PS. Chill I want you to commentate everything, disregard everyone else, your solo casting is the cure to aids and cancer.
