Well if that's his view then he's 100% correct. It's not that math describes the universe, it's that math IS the universe. So obviously any non-mathematical argument written on any subject is wrong, including this one.

In economics you can't use the scientific method because it's impossible to conduct controlled experiments, this leaves you with regression analysis and mathematical proof as your main techniques.
Austrian economics is more like philosophy because it doesn't use any of the above.
Basically Caller's posts in econ threads are good because he's right.

Well, i'm aware of that (having a bachelors in economics...)
But the posts that i've seen (granted, i can hardly stand econ threads) from Caller haven't really contributed anything 
(this is opposed to posts like milkis which carefully and intelligently debunk the austrian economic trolls...)
